Our Story
Los Chilaquiles Mexican Grill
In 2009, Los Chilaquiles set out to create and serve Chilaquiles that, not only incorporated the traditional elements that make up this dish but also allowed our customers to customize and create their own versions. While you can still get classic Chilaquiles served with beans and eggs, our customers have the option of customizing their Chilaquiles various flavors by including our variety of fresh meats, cooked in-house such as carnitas, shredded beef, chicken, and more!
